Service Notice
All repairs and services are attempted in good faith and in the event a device cannot be repaired we will support you n any way needed, and in the unlikely but always possible event that damage is sustained during repair we will do everything in our power to make it right for you.
Notification of Service Pending
By default when you submit your property for repair you are agreeing per-item to a 100 dollar service approval cap before your approval will be sought to complete repairs needed that exceed the hundred dollars, or in the circumstance you so choose to increase the limit we will contact you once that cost limit is met. Once the service approval limit is met you will need to approve all services or parts that are additional beyond that of what has been approved in writing.
Abandoned Property
Once a service is completed you will have 30 days to complete payment unless you have individualized net terms with us, if you lap your payment term, you will be assessed a 1% per day compounding interest for storage onto of you repair bill. After 90 days the items & bill will be considered abandoned, once abandoned the property can be sold, and if appropriate turned over to collections or an appropriate method or service pursued to reclaim costs.
These policies and procedures maybe adjusted without notice in the event that your jurisdiction limits any of these policies.
